Every quote here follows someone standing on the site, and the machine time, trucking and disposal are listed separately so the parts that vary are visible.
Work carried out by local operators
Excavation across the Cowichan Valley is carried out by local operators with the machines the job actually calls for, which is why a mini excavator job and a rock-breaking job are not quoted the same way. WorkSafeBC's requirements under Part 20 of the OHS Regulation apply on every site regardless of who issued the building permit, and the utility locate is done before ground is broken rather than after.
